SHIPPING

Alcoholic Items

We only ship alcohol within California. All alcohol is shipped via UPS. We aren't able to ship to other states or to international addresses.

Alcohol Shipping Rates are determined by the number of bottles: 1-3 bottles ($22), 4-6 bottles ($26). The rate for a 12-bottle order would be a 9-bottle + 3-bottle charge, and so on, with a maximum charge of $49.99. Bar Supplies ship for no additional charge with alcohol orders. A 1.75 L volume item counts as two bottles.

Adult Verification is always required, someone over 21 will need to be present to accept delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Non-Alcoholic Items

Bar Supplies and non-alcoholic items can ship anywhere in the United States, for the carrier calculated rate.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available.

An adult over 21 must be present to accept the delivery.

Order minimum is $20 for local delivery.

Cut off time for same day local delivery is 5pm.

CURBSIDE & IN-STORE PICKUP

Order online and pick up your item for free by choosing Store Pickup from your shopping cart. If an order has not been picked up in 2 weeks and the purchaser cannot be reached, it will be canceled and refunded.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Bar Supplies may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. By law all alcohol sales are final. We do our best to update listings with current vintage and batch details. If you are interested in a specific vintage or batch, please check before ordering.

If an order is returned after the courier has attempted 3 deliveries, or canceled after it has shipped, there will be a $20 restocking fee.

If an order is canceled after it has shipped, there will be a $20 restocking fee.

Store Pickup orders that are canceled will incur a 10% restocking fee.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?

We ship Tuesday through Friday, and orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after being placed. An email confirmation with the carrier and tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped.

WHICH CARRIER WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP WITH?

All alcohol is shipped via express carrier UPS. An adult over 21 will always need to be present to accept the delivery. We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes. Orders for bar supplies will ship via UPS or USPS.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SHIPPING CARRIER IS UNABLE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE?

If a shipment is returned after three carrier attempts to deliver, we can reship to a new address for an additional shipping fee. If there is no alternate shipping address, we will refund the order minus a $20 restocking fee.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to change your address or cancel an order, email us at hello@sipalkalirye.com If the order has already shipped, a $10 rerouting fee will be charged to cover the address change. Cancelled orders will incur a 10% restock fee.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

Email us at hello@sipalkalirye.com with photo documentation and we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

WHY DOES MY PACKAGE REQUIRE ADULT VERIFICATION?

Alcohol shipments require adult verification to ensure they aren't delivered to underage recipients. It is recommended that you provide an address where you know an adult will be available to sign.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards come in four denominations: $25, $50, $100, $200. Once purchased, Gift cards are sent by email. If you haven’t received yours, try sending them again or contact us at hello@sipalkalirye.com.
