Vinaltura was established in 2014, in Queretaro, Mexico, as a family project, to make ‘terroir’ wines that reflect patience, passion, and a tradition in winemaking, as well as respect for nature and the environment. High altitude, warm days, cool nights, and moderate rainfall provide ideal conditions to produce wines with medium alcohol, balanced acidity, and great aromatic expression.
An aromatic and bright blend of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, young vines planted at 1950 meters above sea level, on stoney clay soil, on a slope with a gentle slope to the north and more than 2800 hours of annual sun.
Aromatic and fruity with notes of honeydew melon, apple, quince and chamomile. Good acidity and refreshing.
Pairing suggestions: Cheese with honey, almond encrushed fish, roasted peanuts.
