Heirloom New York is a Brooklyn-born project rooted in the intersection of slow-fermentation practices and an exploration of globally-sourced flavors.
Inspired by the romance of uncorking a bottle of wine with a new love, Rozu marries the delicate taste and vibrant hue of rosebuds with the tartness of dried hibiscus blossoms on a Jasmine Pearl base to yield a vinous, crushable red blend as flavorful as it is colorful.

Serve: Chill before serving. Sediment is naturally occurring, so gently swirl and pour into a glass of your choosing. To respect the integrity of this ferment, enjoy it within three days of opening.
