A dry blend of Tempranillo an d Syrah grapes with a carbonic bite, produced by a female-led winemaking trio in central Spain. The group harvests organically grown grapes from 80 year old vines alongside olive groves in the dusty, calcareous clay soils surrounding the town of Cabanas de Yepes. Dedication to regional tradition and land stewardship allows these vintners to make the most of the area's continental climate (i.e. wide-ranging temperatures with hot summer days, chilly nights, and cold winters.)
