Iwai 45 is a blended Japanese whisky produced at the Mars Shinshu Distillery in Nagano. A blend of 70% corn and 30% malted barley, aged between 2-5 years in ex-bourbon barrels.
Tasting notes: chocolate-covered shortbread, brown sugar, ripe pear with confident structure and a whisper of red fruit on the finish.
