An agave spirit produced in the state of Jalisco, Raicilla, with its floral notes, has been dubbed the Gin of Mexico. Like Mezcal, the production process here is rigorous, natural and rooted in tradition. This spirit is fresh, pretty and very engaging with notes of berry fruits, pickeled strawberries, mint and evergreen forest and minerals.
