This non-alcoholic sparkling rosé is 100% pinot noir, macerated for 6 hours before pressing. The wine is de-alcoholized via vacuum distillation, which removes the alcohol under extremely low pressure and temperature, thereby preserving the nuances of aroma and flavor.
It displays delicate notes of raspberries, strawberries, and lean minerality. Exuberant bubbles balance out the touch of residual sugar on the finish. Sustainably grown, vegan.
