A combination of one of the greatest fruits the Philippines have to offer — calamansi — and a crowd favorite in every boba shop: jasmine tea.
On the nose, the marriage of aromas of calamansi, lime, tangerines, lemon zest, jasmine flowers, and black tea makes for a cohesive fruity and floral experience. The flavor on the front end explodes with lemony-citrus goodness with a Jasmine tea undertone but fades slightly towards the back so that the malty backbone of this brew can truly shine.
Dokkaebier: Pronounced “DOH-kay-beer." We take our name from dokkaebi (도깨비), the mysterious, shape-shifting creatures found throughout Korean folklore. Described as playful and mischievous spirits, the dokkaebi loves to eat, drink, and be in the company of others.
