The Rosé is made exclusively with Syrah grapes made with saignée method, with almost no skin contact. It is a blend of the different vineyards we use for our red program each year. Fermented in a stainless steel tank with natural yeast, no SO2 was added until bottling.
Our Rosé has a beautiful pale salmon color. It is a dry and crisp wine with good acidity and creamy texture. It has aromas of strawberries, rose petals, rainier cherries and white peaches with flavors of spice and grapefruit and enough character to be paired with multiple dishes.
