Heirloom New York is a Brooklyn-born project rooted in the intersection of slow-fermentation practices and an exploration of globally-sourced flavors.

Calamansi is a citrus fruit indigenous to southeast Asia, Calamansi, or the Philippine lemon, produces a tart, versatile juice that is an essential element of Filipino cuisine. Calamansi is paired with juniper berries, cardamom, coriander seeds, and black peppercorns, creating a clean, layered ferment that recalls a gin and tonic. A marriage of subtle and bold regional flavors that transports you to tropical shoals.

Tea Base: Japanese Sencha, Organic & Fair Trade

Serve: Chill before serving. Sediment is naturally occurring, so gently swirl and pour into a glass of your choosing. To respect the integrity of this ferment, enjoy it within three days of opening.


Ingredients: Filtered water, sencha tea, juniper berries, coriander seeds, black peppercorn, cardamom, organic cane sugar, calamansi juice, symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast.
