Its bottlings like this that can really open people's minds as to why the tradition of sustainable artisan mezcal production is so special and the people working to preserve it are bottling some of the greatest spirits available. Made with the same agave that produces 100% of tequila, this mezcal has a refined elegance to it, but it is also leagues more complex than any industrially produced tequila could ever be. Very limited.
